Happiness Wrapped is very much open and beavering away from home creating hampers and gift boxes for someone special you may not be able to see or hug at the moment.

We are constantly monitoring guidelines provided by the UK Government and Public Health England so that we can continue doing what we love while also ensuring our customers, team and suppliers are protected from Coronavirus.

With social distancing and safe practice measures being followed by our suppliers, please allow an extra 2 days for despatch of personalised gifts. Non-personalised gifts are still being despatched within 24 hours from order, either by Royal Mail or Courier.

How are you protecting your customers and staff at this time?

As a family business, health and safety are our number one priority. We are all working from home and continue to check and follow guidelines provided by the Government and Public Health England to help prevent the spread of infection.

What are you doing to prevent the spread of Coronavirus via the products you are selling?

There is no evidence at this current time to show that the Coronavirus can be spread via products.

However, as quoted by Public Health England, ‘Under most circumstances, the amount of infectious virus on any contaminated surfaces is likely to have decreased significantly by 24 hours, and even more so by 48 hours.’

So, for our own peace of mind, and to ensure the utmost protection for ourselves and our customers, we are placing all deliveries from suppliers in quarantine for 3 days before the products are used. We also continue to regularly disinfect the workplace and continually wash our hands.

Is it safe to receive packages from you?

Public Health England has advised that people receiving parcels are not at risk of contracting the coronavirus. We will continue to closely monitor all government and Public Health England advice on this matter and will immediately inform our customers of any changes.

Will my package still be delivered in time?

Our business and the delivery companies we work with, such as Royal Mail and Courier Companies, are doing all they can to meet every delivery date whilst also supporting the Health Sector and Vulnerable Customers. We are finding at the moment that there are some delays so where possible please allow for an additional 2-3 days for standard delivery of our hampers and gift boxes.  We will constantly communicate any delays with you should they arise. Unfortunately, this is outside of our control so we ask for your understanding and patience at this unprecedented time.

What is the returns policy? How can I return an order if I am unable to do so due to self-isolation?
