Our Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) page is updated on a regular basis to help our visitors.

How quick is delivery?

Orders received before 3 pm are processed on the same day. (excluding Saturday and Sunday)

Standard Orders are despatched via Royal Mail 2nd Class.  Please allow 3-5 working days from order to receipt.

Express Orders are despatched via Royal Mail 1st Class or courier. This option is for non-personalised gifts only. Please allow 2 days from order to receipt.


Our Couriers are doing their best in the current circumstances to deliver within 24 hours.  However, on occasion, they may face delays, which are outside of our control.  Please allow 2 working days from order to receipt.

Where do you deliver to?

At the moment we only deliver to the UK (England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland).

How much is postage?

We charge a flat rate of £3.75 for postage to keep things simple.  This covers personalised and non-personalised gifts.

Non-personalised gifts are despatched, within 24 hours from order, via Royal Mail, 2nd class.  There is also the option to choose express delivery for £4.95. For express delivery, your gift will be despatched on the same working day for orders received before 3 pm.

Personalised gifts take between 1-2 working days to produce before they are despatched via Royal Mail, 2nd class. Please allow 3-5 working days from order to receipt.

We provide a free personal message and postage for our greeting cards. These are despatched on the same working day where ordered before 3 pm.

Can I pick up my Hamper/Gift Box?

Unfortunately, this is not currently an option as Happiness Wrapped is an online shop.

Can I Return my Gift?

How do I Buy a Hamper or Gift?

Follow these 7 easy steps:

  1. Click/tap on one of the Categories, e.g. Happy Her, Gift Ideas, etc.
  2. Find a gift you like and select it to see more information and images.
  3. Add the gift to your cart.
  4. Follow the guidelines to checkout.
  5. Pay for your gift by Credit card or PayPal.
  6. Look forward to receiving your Gift.
  7. Please provide us with feedback if you are happy with your purchase. (Google and Facebook Reviews are most welcome)

How do I leave a review?

Click on the gift you purchased.

Scroll down until you see Description, Additional Information and Reviews.

Click on Reviews.

Where it says ‘Add a Review’ select your star rating and type your review in underneath it.

Click on Submit.

Thank you for leaving a review. It is important to us that you are delighted with our gifts and service.

How do I pay?

Payment can be made via Credit Card or PayPal.

We accept the following cards:

  • Visa
  • Mastercard
  • Maestro

Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express.

Please note: we currently only deliver gifts within the UK.

Can I get a VAT invoice?

Happiness Wrapped is not currently registered for VAT.

Should this change, we will update this page and inform you on how to request one.

How do I cancel an order?

We hope there will be no need for you to cancel an order.

We will accept cancellations for non-personalised gifts if notified within 24 hours from when the order was placed.  Once gifts have been despatched we will be unable to accept any cancellations.

Please note: Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations for personalised gifts as these are paid for up front when we place your order with our supplier.

To notify us of any cancellations, please call us as soon as possible on 0800 6894806, or contact us via our Contact page.

Do I get confirmation of my order?

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after you have placed an order.

Please check the details to ensure everything is correct and you are happy with your order.

How do you use my personal data?

Your information will be used for order fulfilment and invoicing purposes only.

Please see our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use information.

We do not keep or have access to your Payment Information.

Can I ship gifts to multiple addresses in one transaction?

Yes, you can.

Select your gifts and add them to your basket.

Proceed to checkout.

You will see a message ‘You may use multiple shipping addresses on this cart’. Click on Set Addresses next to this message.

Click on add a new shipping address. Complete the name and address details and click on save address.  Repeat for any additional addresses you would like to add for each product.

The next screen notifies you that the New Address has been saved, shows the products you have selected and a default Shipping Address next to each. Select your chosen address for each product. Click on save addresses and continue.

Complete the billing details and scroll down to check your order.

You will see your selected gift with the delivery address and a section to add any Notes. Please add any special delivery requirements here, e.g. please leave at No. 5, please deliver by 19th May, etc.
